Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee:
You may return products to us for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving your order. The return must be initiated within 7 days of notifying us of your decision.
Please note that shipping expenses for returning items are non-refundable. Additionally, a Return Authorization must be requested within 30 business days of receiving the merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs fees, and returning shipping costs, if applicable.
Refunds will be issued excluding shipping costs and handling fees once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Damages and Issues:
We ensure that all products are shipped in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order with an attached photo of the damage. All claims for damage or defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery to receive all your money back. Retain the shipping carton and packing materials to facilitate the return. Returns due to damage or defects will only be processed upon receipt of a damage report signed by your local post office.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you need a replacement product, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund of the product price and make a new purchase for the desired product.
Returns are not accepted after 15 days of delivery. A tracking number must be supplied for all returned items, and customers are responsible for ensuring the return shipment is insured.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
